7:30 - 8:45pm
So much has shifted in the last few months and we are all working through new cycles in our lives. It’s never been more important to clear out the old and make room for the new.
We will come together as a community to invite positive change in with the next cycle of the moon and support each other in our own personal growth.
We will begin with a yoga and breath work set, followed by an opportunity to reflect and journal and finish with a lunar meditation to integrate what we’ve learned.
*All are welcome, no previous experience necessary

*Bring a notebook and pen
PERFECT YOUR CHATARUNGA
Monday, July 6th
Chaturanga Dandasana (chah-tuur-ANGH-uh dahn-DAHS-uh-nuh)
is a major component of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. Rarely referred to by its English name, Four-Limbed Staff Pose, this pose is most commonly called "Chaturanga.
The "staff" of the pose refers to the spine — the main support system of the body. When performed correctly, the body resembles a rod or staff, with the spine in one straight line. An essential element of Sun Salutations, Chaturanga is a powerful strength-builder and arm balance.
Cautions: not appropriate for those who are pregnant, have carpel tunnel, shoulder, elbow or wrist injury.
